Porn MMS of woman for mere Rs 400

Dimapur, Nov 17: A 28-year-old man was arrested for making a MMS video clips of a 30-year-old divorcee. He has been accused of filming the clip and circulating it among his friends.

Dipankar Roy, the accused who worked as a footwear vendor in Dimapur, shot the MMS clip of the divorcee, who is a resident of Signal Basti. She was found in a compromising position in the video.

Roy told the police that he shot the MMS with the woman's consent, who agreed to sleep with him at Rs 400 and also she knew that he shot their acts.

Roy claimed that he met the woman on his way back to home and she invited him. On the contrary, the woman said that they knew each other for the past one year. She claimed that Dipankar insisted her to meet him at hotel Citizen at New Market. The divorcee denied that she was aware about the film and she came to know about it when police contacted her.

Meanwhile, police came to know about the MMS on Nov 12 and they arrested him on the same day. Dipankar was arrested under Section 67A of IT Act 2008, which carried a penalty of five years along with a fine of 10 lakh, Atu Zumvu, the officer in-charge East Police Station told the reporters.
