AP Cong cabinet: Chiranjeevi to get all power from Sonia
After the merger of PRP and the Congress, Chiranjeevi met the Congress President in the national capital. During the meeting, Chiranjeevi was assured of a crucial position and additional responsibilities as well.
According to sources, during their 20-minute meeting in Delhi, Sonia and Chiranjeevi discussed the tensed situation in Andhra Pradesh and not about cabinet expansion issue. After the meeting, the popular Tollywood star claimed that Sonia was happy as Congress-PRP merger has empowered Congress in Andhra more prominently.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi had demanded that Rahul Gandhi should become the Prime Minister of the country. "I will remain in the Congress for the rest of my life. I will be a loyal worker...I thank Rahulji, our Prime Minister in the future," said the superstar.
