According to local news paper, the main accused in the case gave contract to Pradeep to abduct and kill the nurse. It has also been reported that Bhanwari was brutally beaten up by the abductors before death.
Meanwhile, Sunil Gujjar, who is understood to have possessed the sleaze sex CD that features Bhanwari and sacked Congress leader Mahipal Maderna, claimed that he does not have any relation with the sleaze CD and he has not yet been summoned by the CBI.
However, the Rajasthan High Court on Monday, Nov 14 asked the investigation agency to speed up its investigation and the court also asked the CBI to submit its status report within 10 days.
The main accused Maderna will be questioned for the third time for his involvement in the Bhanwari Devi missing case. Maderna was hospitalised on Sunday giving an indication that he was evading interrogation by the CBI. Major ruckus had erupted outside Maderna's hospital on Sunday, when the Minister's loyalists attacked journalists who were covering the case.
Earlier, the Government has taken a serious note of the telecast of a CD purportedly showing nurse Bhanwari Devi and Maderna in a compromising position and issued show cause notices to two local news channels why action should not be taken against them.
