Without suppressing her joy of excitement, Jayaprada said, "This is a Diwali gift," and also showed her confidence in the former Samajwadi Party leader stating, "I am confident he has done no wrong."
However, Amar Singh's Diwali might not bring pleasure for himself as sources informed that he might have to stay back in the AIIMS Hospital where he has been staying for the last one month.
Earlier Jayaprada, who is known as a close friend of Amar Singh, had shed tears when she was barred to meet the ex-Samajwadi Party leader at the hospital.
Singh was granted bail on humanitarian grounds, said reports. The Delhi police had earlier accepted the medical reports submitted by AIIMS.
The condition put by the High Court for the bail was - Amar Singh will not be permitted to leave the country and not even Delhi. He was granted bail against the surety of Rs 50 lakh and personal bond of Rs 50 lakh.
