Chennai, Oct 14: Journalists and non-journalist staff of newspaper and newsagencies today staged a demonstration here pressing for immediate notification of the Justice Majithia Wageboards' recommendations.

The demonstrators under the banner of Joint Action Council of Newspapers and Newsagencies Employees Unions raised slogans decrying the 'inordinate' delay by the government in notifying the recommendations submitted to it in December last year.
