Ahmedabad, Sep 25: Addressing a rally, Chief Minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi on Sunday, Sep 25 said that Congress and governor were conspiring against his government.

"Two governments cannot run in state. Friends in Congress are running second one through Governor," he said.

Modi kick started his massive rally in Gujarat from Gandhinagar on Sep 25 after conducting his three day sadbhavana fast.

He started his rally with the belief to get justice for all after conducting his three day sadbhavana fast that he said aimed at promoting peace and harmony in his state.

Calling the rally a "mother of all rallies", the Gujarat CM set the slogan for the yatra - 'Anyaya Hatao, Gujarat Bachao' (Get rid of injustice, save Gujarat).

The CM has also called for a two-day assembly session on Sep 27 and Sep 28 for implementing the Lokayukta Act to ensure that the state government or the Chief Minister have a decisive say in the appointment of the Lokayukta, which is not the case under the present Act.
