After Abhishek, Amitabh Bachchan too injured during shooting

Mumbai, Sep 22: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan suffered a chest injury during the shooting of his upcoming film - Department, directed by Ram Gopal Verma. The actor himself confirmed the news by tweeting from

Big B tweeted, "A minor incident on set during semi action sequence...got hit on chest rib cage, some damage inside, pain on breathing, bearable!"

Junior Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan also was injured on a set of his movie in Jaipur. Mentioning about his son, Big B also commented, "Guess its the season for injury... first Abhishek, now moi... happens... will repair on its own said doc .. he must be right!! (sic)."

Twitter, one of the most popular social networking sites in recent times, witnessed a huge wave of concerned messages from fans all around the world.

Citing the curiosity among his fans, Amitabh again tweeted, "Okaay I seem to have let loose a cannon !! It will heal... do not worry... all shall be well," and also added, "People of twitter world, relax! Should never have mentioned... just an accidental hit by either an elbow or the butt of a carbine."

Here it can be recalled that Big B sustained a major injury during another shooting for the movie - Coolie in 1982.
