Uddhav Thackeray calls cousin Raj a 'disloyal animal'

Mumbai, Sep 21: In a bitter war of words, Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray hit back at his cousin, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief, Raj Thackeray calling him a “disloyal animal".

Raj Thackeray had said in a press conference that Uddhav should have snapped Mumbai's potholes instead of taking the photos of animals on a recent jungle safari. This would have revealed to what extent the city had been ruined.

Offended Uddhav countered Raj Thackeray's comments with derogatory words.

Uddhay Thackeray has been quoted as saying, “Those who sin by creating 'potholes' in the unity of the Marathi people will never understand the humanity of the lens and the love of mute animals. Raj Thackeray is a “disloyal animal said there was great pleasure in taking snaps of a loyal jungle animal."

He added that if Raj Thackeray had completed his education at the JJ School of Arts, he would have understood the value of the camera and photography. He further said that some people “needlessly interfered" in matters and gave “free advice" and hobnobbed with self-made, successful and meritorious people in a bid to garner free publicity. If that failed, they engaged in mudslinging.
