New Delhi, Sept 12: The Delhi court's order on former Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh's interim bail plea over Cash-for-votes scam will be pronounced on Tuesday, Sept 13.

The Delhi court has reserved the order till Tuesday. But many started speculating - will Amar Singh get bail n Tuesday as the number - 13 is believed to be an "unlucky number" for many.

Ram Jethmalani, well-known lawyer and BJP MP, defended the former Samajwadi Party leader in the court.

Jethmalani, reminding senior BJP leader, LK Advani's statement in the Parliament, argued in the court that the money (regarding cash-for-vote scam) might have come from BJP.

Recently, Advani, during Parliament's monsoon session admitted that he himself showed the green signal to hold the sting operation over the cash-for-vote scam. Advani also dared the government to arrest him.

Amar Singh, who has been arrested and sent to Tihar jail, pleaded for bail indicating his "deteriorating" health condition. However, the court had asked him (Singh) to go under further medical treatment to support his claim.
