Terrorism on Ganesh Visarjan: Beware, YOU can be arrested

Mumbai, Sep 11: Thousand of people will participate in the Ganesh visarjan as the 10-day-long pooja has come to its end on Sunday, Sep 11. Citing the terror threats, security has been beefed up nation-wide, especially in Maharashtra and in Gujarat.

Special teams of police have been allocated in all places to mark and arrest the people who will leave unidentified objects during the Ganesh immersion.

Police officials informed, "If anyone drops any unidentified object and this group notices it, the person concerned will be immediately caught."

"The object he/she dropped would be checked in front of that person. In case anything suspicious is found, appropriate action would be initiated against him/her," added the police.

After the bomb blast outside the Delhi high Court, police and security personnel were criticised for not installing CCTV cameras outside the court. Now, CCTV cameras have been installed in all important places to locate any kind of suspicious activity.

Special officials will be deployed to provide security to the persons who will participate in the processions over Ganesh immersion.

After the terror mail, which claimed to target Ahmedabad, state government started minute investigation in the all corner of the state.
