CBI digging deep in Jagan case? Jagan Aide broiled for 9 hrs
Vijay Sai Reddy is the second of the 74 listed as accused. He is the vice-chairman of Jagathi Publications. Sai Reddy was the family auditor of YSR and of the Sandur Power Company Ltd owned by the Kadapa MP. He had resigned in December 2005 and had been appointed as director of the company in which position he continued till December 2006.
Sai Reddy reached the camp office of the CBI, at around 1 pm and only emerged at around 9.30 pm. The CBI is likely to continue questioning him on Sunday. Meanwhile, a team of CBI officials searched the residence of one Mr Nobulu, believed to be a relative of Jagan, in Machilipatnam of Krishna district.
He has been listed as the second accused, after Jagan, suspecting him to be the brain behind floating a number of firms into which illegal money was pumped in as he was also the personal auditor of Jagan.
