New Delhi, Aug 28: On a 12-day fast, Anna Hazare has finally called off his fast on a cheerful Sunday (Aug 28) morning at the hands of two five-year-old Dalit girls, Simran and Ikra. He was given coconut water and honey. When the entire nation started celebrating the triumph in "second freedom battle", many started asking - is Uttar Prdaesh Chief Minister, Mayawati upset now?

Mayawati, who earlier had criticised Anna's Jan Lokpal Bill, had challenged Anna and his team to fight in 2014 election forming a political party.

Both UPA and NDA had received enough bashing from the Uttar Pradesh CM. Mayawati earlier had also warned the government that if her recommendations over anti-corruption bill be considered, only then her party would support the Bill in the parliament.

However, after the government approved Anna Hazare's demands for Lokpal Bill, it seems that Mayawati might have been embarrassed over her statements.

The Dalit suggested Bahujan Lokpal bill also will be discussed along with Aruna Roy's Lokpa Bill, Government's Lokpal Anna's Jan Lokpal in the Standing Committee of the Parliament.
