New Delhi, Aug 26: Anna Hazare's indefinite fast for a strong Lokpal entered the 11th day today (Aug 26) amid indications that the Gandhian may end his hunger strike as Parliament is set to discuss Jan Lokpal Bill along with other civil society drafts on the issue.

Team Anna members said he would call off his fast once Parliament passes a resolution on the Lokpal Bill.

Hazare set three conditions to break his ten-day fast declaring publicly that all civil servants should be brought under Lokpal, a Citizen Charter should be displayed at all government offices and all states should have Lokayuktas.

The 74-year-old Hazare said that if Parliament considered the Jan Lokpal bill and there was an agreement within the House on these three conditions, he would break his fast.

"We had an useful meeting with the BJP leadership last night. We found them appreciative of Anna's concerns. Tabled resolution can go through and the ball is in the government's court.

"If BJP is supportive of several key issues as was evident in the meeting it puts the onus on government to deliver now. Anna will end his fast only if resolutions on three issues are passed by Parliament," Team Anna Member Kiran Bedi said.

Meanwhile, as Hazare's fast inched towards 250 hours, the Gandhian lost seven kg of weight but doctors said he appeared to be healthy.

"He has lost seven kg till now. His blood pressure and heart beat are okay. He seems to be healthy. He is holding up," Dr Ravi R Kesliwal, who examined Hazare, said.
