Gandhian Anna going strong @74, loses 5kgs
According to the doctors, the Gandhian is doing well but it has become a cause of worry for his aides.
"He has lost five kilograms in the past seven days. His weight has come down to 67 from 72 kg. His blood pressure is 130/80 and pulse rate 90," said Manish Sisodia. "Doctors say his health is okay but we are worried," he said.
Arvind Kejriwal also said that the Ketone level in the urine and blood of the veteran has risen. Kejriwal further added that those who will be affected by the Jan Lokpal Bill were nicknaming the protest as "mobocracy".
"Anna has asked people to stage indefinite strikes in front of MPs' residences asking the lawmakers to spell out their stand on Lokpal Bill. Anna has not asked people to indulge in hooliganism. We are only saying that they should ask their MPs what is their stand," he said.
Kiran Bedi, Ex-IPS officer and an activist in Anna's fight against corruption said that government was not concerned about Anna's health, despite him not eating for seven days.
