Meanwhile, many started speculating that mass gathering for Anna might face terror threat. However, no news on the issue has come so far and the police officials also confirmed that security personnel have been deployed to manage the crowd.
Police officials have also been quoted as saying, "Extra force has not been called in. Moreover, we are not expecting much trouble as the protests have so far been peaceful."
However, the deadlock between Team Anna and the government remained unsolved till Monday, though media reports claimed that back channel talk has been initiated between the two groups. Maharashtra Additional Chief Secretary Umesh Chandra Sarangi reportedly visited Anna Hazare whose fast completed sixth day on Sunday.
However, Team Anna refused to accept any reports on the "agreement" between the government and the protesting team in the expense of strong Jan Lokpal Bill.
