New Delhi, Aug 17: Ripping apart Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his statement on Anna Hazare's arrest, BJP Leader Sushma Swaraj in the Parliament blamed the Prime Minister for unlading his responsibility off his shoulders onto the Delhi police.

Criticising the UPA government, Swaraj further said that the the present government was slanted with 3 people from the government already in jail and Anna was only taking the country towards extermination of corruption.

Swaraj also said that University students, lawyers were all on roads supporting Anna Hazare and the Prime Minister was unaware of what the Delhi police commissioner was deciding.

Further raising the issue, BJP hinted at Rahul Gandhi on how section 144 could be breached in other states, but when the same was being used for a good cause, nobody was allowed to do it in Delhi.

Meanwhile, there is news that Anna Hazare would soon be out of Tihar Jail and head straight towards JP Park, the venue where he would fast. However, section 144 is still imposed at the venue, Raj Ghat and several other places in Delhi.

Meanwhile, the whole nation is in an uproar following the arrest of the Gandhian Crusader. Team Anna supporters-Kiran Bedi, Prashant Bhushan, Shanti Bhushan, Akhil Gogoi are amongst the one's who are protesting outside Tihar jail.
