While opposition parties can attack the government with several scams such as - 2G spectrum scam, Adarsh Housing scam and many others, the government is also ready for counter attack with BS Yeddyurappa's alleged involvement in the illegal mining in Karnataka.
The UPA and the prime minister Manmohan Singh have been confronting with deadly criticism since the above mentioned scams were unearthed to haunt the government. But citing the ruckus in Karnataka, where BJP has been bestowed with the ruling power, Congress and it allies are also believed to charge the Opposition in the monsoon session of the House.
Ahead of the crucial session on Monday, PM Manmohan Singh did not leave a chance to attack the opposition when he claimed, "There are many skeletons in the Opposition's cupboard."
Meanwhile, BJP leader Sushma Swaraj also claimed, "The government can take potshots at us. But issues are decided in the Parliament and not outside."
Issues which can be discussed in the Parliament:
The opposition, as the sources informed, will attack Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister, P Chidambaram as former telecom minister A Raja named both Singh and Chidambaram over the 2G trial.
The Lokpal draft also will be drafted in the current session of the House. Anna Hazare and team has already warned the government to start another round of fast if the government fails to pass the anti-corruption bill.
Mumbai serial blasts is also believed as the other issue which can be taken by the Opposition to hurl fresh attack on the government.
