13/7 Mum attacks: IM's module, Bullet 313 used for blasts?
RK Singh, Home Secretary denied allegations that the intelligence bureau had information regrading the blast, although officials from the IB and RAW claim that there was prior information about the new module of IM.
The IB also said that they had accessed information in 2010 regarding the formation of the bullet 313 and also had the names of the operatives.
“It is likely that this outfit may have carried out Wednesday"s blast," said a source.
He further said that a detailed report was made by the IB on the how three small organisations were handling bullet 313.
Meanwhile, calls from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Nations were intercepted on the day the blasts occurred.
“Electronic surveillance is on," said a government official.
“Suspicious people are being verified. Various people with previous known linkages are being questioned based on our previous data bases. This investigation is on," said Singh.
According to the reports from IB, three men were given the charge of handling with the new module of Indian Mujahideen. The accused identified are Shakeel, Sameer and Nizammudin.
“Sameer, believed to be around 28 to 30 years old, is a resident of Andheri," said the source.
Sources reveal that Shakeel who is somewhere between 30 to 40-year-old is a pilot by profession and have undergone religious training at madrasas in Delhi and Indonesia.
Nizammudim a hakim (a muslim physician) by profession, while Sameer is well educated with good knowledge of English and Science.
