Delhi HC breaks all 2G teeth against Ambani, Tata, Radia

New Delhi, Jul 13: Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata, Niira Radia and DMK supremo M Karunanidhi's wife Dayalu Ammal can heave a sigh of relief as the Delhi High Court has tarnished all allegations against the big names regarding the 2G spectrum scam.

Rubbishing a petition which sought CBI probe against Tata, Ambani, Radia and Dayalu Ammal as accused in 2G scam, the court said, "It is a rubbish petition. If I find that we you (petitioner) have tried to interfere with the investigation then you may be in bigger trouble."

Bashing the petitioner, the court said, "Either you withdraw your petition or argue at your own peril. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn."

Bringing out the entire accusations against Tata, Ambani, Radia and others from its root, the court restricted the petitioners to move the "the Supreme Court or other judicial forum" seeking CBI action against the above mentioned big powerful people.

Furquan and Ghaziabad's scrap dealer Dharmender Pandey, the two petitioners, were earlier bashed by the CBI court who had imposed a Rs 10,000 fine each for their petition.

Special CBI court judge OP Saini earlier had stated, "Both applications are dismissed, subject to nominal cost of Rs 10,000 each."
