Chidambaram leaves Home to visit Mumbai blasts areas

Mumbai, Jul 13: Union Home Minister P Chidambaram left New Delhi and is expected to reach Mumbai at any time on Wednesday, Jul 13. The home minister will visit all blasts areas in the dream city.

Three blasts occurred in Dadar, Opera House and Zaveri bazar. The first blast occurred at 6:45 pm on Wednesday. Maharashtra Chief Minister urged the Mumbaikars to stay calm and not to panick over the sudden terror attacks.

Red alert has been issued in all around Mumbai. Mumbai police commissioner also suspected that Indian Mujahideen (IM) might have plotted the blasts in Mumbai.

Police sources also informed that IM has been found working closely with Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) in the region near Mumbai and the coastal area.
