Alagiri-Stalin fight over DMK hierarchy, Is Jaya happy now?
Reports claimed that Stalin urged the youth and senior party workers to join a protest campaign against Kalaignar's family politics and its negative impact on DMK. Stalin's latest move reportedly enraged his elder brother MK Alagiri.
Stalin asked his party members to write a feedback on Kalaignar family's impact on DMK politics and the former deputy chief minister of the state asked them (party workers) to send the feedback before the crucial general council meeting beginning on Jul 23.
"As per Thalapathi's (commander as Stalin is called by has supporters) instruction, we have focused on two subjects. One is about 2G and the other is about the interference of Kalaignar's family members in party affairs," a prominent party worker has been quoted by Times of India.
Meanwhile, the ardent rival of the DMK and chief minister of the state, J Jayalalithaa continues her attacks on Karunanidhi and Co. Jayalalithaa seems to have taken an oath to uproot DMK influence from Tamil Nadu. Citing the fight within the DMK, especially in the Kalaignar family, many speculate that Jayalalithaa must be the happiest person at this moment.
