Supreme Court
New Delhi, Jul 12: The Supreme Court once again on Tuesday, Jul 12 will hold the hearing on Aarushi Talwar murder case. The apex court is expected to pronounce its decision whether the lower court was fair enough to tag Aarushi's parents as the murder accused.

After a brief gap of three months, the Supreme court will hear the dual murder case of Aarushi and their domestic help, Hemraj. 14-year-old Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit at her Noida residence on the outskirts of Delhi on May 16, 2008. The body of domestic help Hemraj was found on the terrace the next day.

The investigative agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) initially indicted Dr Rajesh Talwar as the main culprit but the second CBI team gave a clean chit to Aarushi's father. After several turnings and shockers, the CBI in its closure report accused Aarushi father as the prime suspect.

Then the CBI court came with another shocking judgment where it accused both Rajesh and Aarushi's mother Nupur as the culprits. Nupur was accused of helping her husband in the dual murder case. Later the Allahabad High Court also echoed the same decision by the CBI court.

However, the Talwars, challenging the Supreme Court continue their demand for touch DNA test on the murder evidences to crack on the main culprit. Now, it will be interesting to see whether the Supreme Court will be successful in fetching any break through in the murder case or Tuesday's hearing will be an other hearing day for the Aarushi murder case.
