Even though Facebook and Skype alliance was there in news long time back, the arrival of Google+ with video chat added more spice to rumours. Skype, which was recently acquired by Microsoft, is also looking for a new partner to extend its service.
Another front-runner in the rumour list is the launch of exclusive Facebook app for Apple iPad. A report in Los Angeles Times said that Facebook is also planning to launch a photo sharing app for Apple iPhones.
With the announcement of Google+, Facebook is in dilemma to continue its domination in social networking market. The early reports about Google+ revealed that it provides better features than Facebook. Even though it's still in production stage, Google managed to create a media hype over Google+, the exact thing what they wanted before the public launch.
