Lucknow, Jun 30: The murder case of deputy Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr Yogendra Singh Sachan has taken a dramatic turn with a shocking revelation of a letter. In a letter to the Joint Director Family Welfare Administration, UP government, Dr Rajendra Kumar Singh, Sachan reportedly claimed that Mayawati government will be responsible if any mishaps happen with him.

When the Mayawati government has been confronted with several criticism over Sachan's death case, the new revelation has cornered the BSP supremo and her people.

Media reports suggested that Sachan in his letter had mentioned that he (Sachan), along with two other accused - Dr CJ Yadav and Dr PC Verma in the murder case of Lucknow CMO BP Singh, were forced to sign on blank papers.

In his letter to Rajendra Kumar, Sachan also warned that Mayawati's men would be responsible for "any kind of misuse of the signed blank papers or anything untoward happened to the three of them."

Yogendra Singh, who was arrested as the main accused and suspect in the murder case of BP Singh, was found hanging in an unused toilet in a hospital on Wednesday evening. Yogendra was admitted in hospital on Tuesday over health problem.

Though initially, Uttar Pradesh police initially claimed the death as "suicide", postmortem reports confirmed Sachan's "murder." The opposition parties in the state have already voiced for the CBI probe in the murder case but Mayawati refuted to accept that.
