Baba Ramdev attacks Centre, challenges Kapil Sibal

New Delhi, Jun 26: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev continue to attack Centre by saying that the government was trying to crackdown the people who are fighting against the corruption.

Ramdev reached Delhi on Sunday, Jun 26, for the first time after he was thrown out of the capital, to visit his aide Rajbala, who was injured severely during police attack on Baba an supporters at Ramlila Maidan on Jun 4.

After visiting the 50-year-old Rajabala at the hospital, Baba Ramdev held a press conference where he slammed government for its action on him and his supporters. Baba Ramdev accused that government was misleading the people without taking any actions against growing corruption in the country.

Baba Radev said that his protest was not illegal and government attacked him without any reasons. He added that the government can suppress the people and truth but cannot hide them.

Baba said Rajbala is an example of government's policy on corruption and black money. He accused that government was using police force to suppress people who are fighting against corruption. According to Ramdev, government never interested to face the issues of black money.

Yoga Guru openly challenged Union minister Kapil Sibal. Baba asked Kapil Sibal to make their phone conversation public. Baba accused that Kapil Sibal had promised to meet his demands, but later went back from his promises.

While ascked about the BJP and RSS support, Baba Ramdev said that he was not backed by any political party. Baba also slammed the government for the recent hike in fuel price.

Baba continued to defend financial irregularities behind his trust. He said that he had made the account details public and it was transparent.
