Google, which introduced the +1 Button in Mar 2011, also allows third-party websites to integrate the +1 Button to their sites. Moreover, Google will introduce this sharing feature in its own products like Android Market, Blogger, YouTube, Product Search etc.
Google said that the company had incorporated with sites like Rotten Tomatoes, The Huffington Post, Best Buy, Mashable, TechCrunch, Reuters etc to integrate +1 Button on their sites. With this new feature, readers can recommend useful news items or products to their friends. It is expected that +1 Button will become a common sharing button along with Facebook and twitter.
"Today, we're releasing +1 buttons to the whole web. With a single click you can recommend that raincoat, news article or favorite sci-fi movie to friends, contacts and the rest of the world," Google said on its blog. "The next time your connections search, they could see your +1's directly in their search results, helping them find your recommendations when they're most useful."
Google introduced tools that web masters and publishers can use to include the +1 Button on their web sites. Google also introduced +1 Button for English-language searches on Google.com. So, users, who have logged in through their Google account, can recommend interesting search results to their friends with just one click.
