Former Special Forces advice Libyan rebels

London, June 1: The Former special force soldiers from private security companies, advice the Libyan rebels and supplies information to NATO, suggested a report.

The Special Air Service (SAS), who are in the Libyan city of Misrata, gathers information about the location and movement of troops loyal to leader Muammer Gaddafi and passes on to NATO's command centre in Naples.

They have been supplied with non-combat equipment by Britain, France and other NATO countries.

Though the Ministry of Defence denied that private soldiers were being paid by the government, they are reportedly being paid by Arab countries, The Guardian reported.

NATO on Tuesday, May 31 have been charged by Libya, for killing 718 civilians and wounding 4,067 in 10 weeks of air strike.
