Police arrested leader Siddaramaiah and congress workers blocking Devanahalli-BIAL roads. Meanwhile, media reports confirmed that Karnataka BJP MLA Prabhu Chavan, who was on his way to attend BJP's Delhi meeting, have been detained on Tuesday.
Chavan was arrested in Hyderabad with a french-made pistol and 20 rounds of ammunition. He also carried the gun license with him but the license stated that the gun could be used in karnataka alone.
