New Delhi, May 3: US President Barack Obama once again proved that his vows to nail down the most wanted terrorist - Osama Bin Laden was not empty. On May 2, a proud president announced, "Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of al-Qaeda, and a terrorist who's responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent men, women and children."

Obama achieved another victorious landmark and Indian leaders also started praising the US president over his "kill Osama mission". Osama's death has suddenly become controversial and India too was not an exception.

Meanwhile, a question raises nation-wide - is it the prime time for the Indian government to start "kill Dawood Ibrahim mission"? Dawood can be called as another Laden for India.

While Laden always targeted the western countries, especially the USA, Dawood's terror activities always wander around India. He has financed and masterminded destructive activities spanning from cold-blooded murders, abductions for ransom, terrorist activities and bomb blasts in India.

It is believed that, like Laden, Dawood has also been given shelter in Pakistan with full support. Unlike Obama, Indian leaders have not taken any strong step to nail Dawood.

Indian government's helplessness once again sounded when Union Home Minister, P Chidamabaram tried to escape the reality that India still do not have the power to conduct an operation against its enemy within Pakistan's territory.

During an interview with CNN-IBN, Chidambaram said, "US is operating inside Pakistan, with the knowledge of its government. US has operators (spies) in the country, with the knowledge of its authorities. US was able to eliminate Osama because they were operating inside Pakistan with their approval."

"But India doesn't have any operators in Pakistan. Indian defence forces is not operating in that country. So it is difficult to eliminate Dawood Ibrahim. We have to accept reality," stated the home minister.
