Aarushi Talwar
New Delhi, Apr 25: The waiting of the Talwar couple for justice continues as the Supreme Court on Monday, Apr 25 deferred the hearing. The next hearing will be proceeded on Jul 12.

It was believed that today's (Monday, Apr 25) hearing on the plea of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar would turn into a crucial point in the dual murder case of Aarushi Talwar and their domestic-help Hemraj.

Earlier, the investigating agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) stated in its affidavit, "Investigation has squarely reached a conclusion that no one other than Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar could have conjointly committed this dastardly crime."

14-year-old Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit at her Noida residence on the outskirts of Delhi on May 16, 2008. The body of domestic help Hemraj was found on the terrace the next day.

CBI, in their closure report charged Aarushi's father, Rajesh Talwar as the main suspect and later a special CBI court named her mother, Nupur Talwar as another accused in the murder case.
