LG Optimus Black with Nova display @ Rs 27,000: Review
The new LG Optimus Black has a 4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. The 'Nova' display technology offers extra bright light on the screen that allows users to view their contents under bright sun light. LG features four touch-sensitive buttons under the display screen that provides navigation to phone's interface.
LG Optimus Black runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, which can be upgraded to 2.3 Gingerbread, powered with TI OMAP 3630 1GHz processor. LG packed Optimus UI 2.0 and Gesture UI 2.0 on Optimus Black. Users can access their favourite social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter with SNS Integration.
This new smartphone has a 5 megapixel camera at rear with LED flash and is capable of recording 720p videos at 30fps. LG gives a secondary camera at front with 2 megapixel resolution. Optimus Black offers 512 MB RAM and 2 GB internal memory with 32 GB expansion feature.
Optimus Black offers multimedia features like Stereo FM radio with RDS and audio & video players that support different formats. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, microUSB etc.
