New Delhi, Mar 27: Cricket always plays as a booster to Indo-Pak relation. History is going to be repeated on the cricket field when once again the world will witness the re-unition of India and Pakistan. Pakistani media reports confirmed that the Prime Minister of the country, Yousuf Raza Gilani accepted his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh's invitation to watch the world cup semi-final on Wednesday, Mar 30.

Indian and Pakistani cricket teams will play the semi-final to reach the final world cup 2011. But it seems that the political leaders will play the game to remove the distance between the two nations.

Pakistani media like Geo TV and express 24/7 reported that Gilani has accepted Manmohan Singh's invitation to watch the match together. However, Pakistani government officials had dismissed such rumours previously, though welcomed the invitation by Manmohan Singh.

Indian officials are still waiting for the official confirmation from Pakisntan government about Gilani's approval of the invitation. However, it's quite clear that though the two cricket teams will play semi-final, for the political leaders it will be the final match.
