Murder
Bangalore, Mar 18: It's believed that the Garden City is one of the safest cities in India. But proving the norms just a vague idea, a 20-year-old was brutally killed along with her four-month-old son in Bangalore. The most shocking part of the murder is that the young mother was brutally killed by her own family members in the names of honour killing.

It's really shameful that while Indians, who claim their prosperities in all spheres, still silently witness these kind of crimes. Honour killing is one of horrifying concept in India where people are ready to put an end of their own near dear ones' lives in the sake of saving their families' "honour."It seems that people do not bother to think that where is honour - in killing or love!
Now, Bangalore police succeeded to arrest two of the accused who allegedly killed KR Deepika for choosing her neighbour Venkatesh as her life partner. While rest of the family members are absconding, Deepika's mother and grandfather were nabbed.

The accused family members fled from the village after cremating Deepika and her child. Police, getting information about the accused, arrested Deepika's mother Gowramma and grandfather Gowda on Thursday (Mar 17) night.

Sources informed that Deepika was invited home on Feb 26, at midnight the mother and daughter had a row, which ended in Gowramma assaulting Deepika.
