iPhone alarm glitch happens again; runs 1 hour back

Apple iPhone
New York, Mar 15: It seems like time settings on iPhone have been troubling the iPad 2 maker Apple Inc. iPhone users in New York reported a fresh alarm glitch on their devices on Monday, Mar 14.

Media reported that iPhone users complained that their devices were going back an hour rather than forward. The iPhones failed to work the daylight savings time as it was changed according to spring. During the spring season in US, clocks are supposed to switch forward an hours at 2am.

The social networking platforms like Facebook and Twitter were abuzz with responds from iPhone users, who got up an hour late. Many of them shared their frustration of waking up late, missing the church and getting confused about the time.

Earlier on New Year day, the iPhone alarm bug happened and many of it users got up late on the first day of the year. Also back in Nov 2010, iPhone found difficulty to adjust to the end of daylight savings time.

The new alarm glitch happened both on AT&T and Verizon iPhones. The reason behind the bug is unclear and it's not sure whether it's a problem related to the software update to iOS 4.3. Any how, the Verizon iPhones have not yet received iOS 4.3 update.
