Radhika Tanwar and released sketch of the stalker
New Delhi, Mar 12: Delhi Police finally arrested Radhika Tanwar's suspected killer from Mumbai. Radhika's murder shocked many when she was shot in the broad daylight at the busy area in Delhi. But the recent revelation again shocked people when police claimed that the detained stalker, Vijay alias Ram Singh had planned to kill Radhika from last three years and killed her at the third attempt.

The reason for the murder is personal grudge after Radhika humiliated him by slapping him in public. Vijay allegedly planned to kill Radhika from last three years and sources also informed that he previously failed twice. However, On Mar 8, Ram, with the help of Ashraf and Tabrez, shot Radhika with full proved plan.

On Friday, Mar 11 morning, Delhi police also arrested Ashraf and Tabrez who helped Ram Singh to carry out the shoot-out.

Delhi police faced several criticism and protest for late investigation and lack of proper probe. On Mar 11, the cops claimed the breakthrough in the Radhika murder case and showed that Ram Singh is a mentally unstable.

But the question here raised - how a mentally unstable man can pursue a murder plan from three years? Ram allegedly killed Radhika at the third attempt. Is it possible for him to make murder plan and accomplish that in the broad daylight?

20-year-old Radhika was killed when she was moving towards her college. The killer attacked her at Delhi's busy Dhaula Kuan area and the crowd allowed the killer to flee from the crime scene. Radhika was pursuing a BA course from Delhi University's Ramlal Anand College.
