BJP high command summons Yeddyurappa to Delhi
Yeddyurappa is likely to call on BJP president Nitin Gadkari. He is also expected to meet other senior leaders, including Arun Jaitley, in-charge of party affairs in Karnataka, party sources said.
In his latest charge, senior JD(S) leader HD Kumarasamy released a set of documents at a press conference in Delhi claiming that an educational trust run by Yeddyurappa had received over Rs 27 crore as donation from companies, including some loss-making ones, in return for offical favours.
The press conference was also attended by Sitaram Yechury (CPI-M), A B Bardhan (CPI) and Namo Nageswara Rao (TDP) among others, who said they will raise the issue in Parliament.
