Airtel extends 3G to Delhi, Chennai and Coimbatore

New Delhi, India's leading mobile service provider, Airtel, extended its 3G services to Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad.

Earlier in the end of 2010, Airtel rolled out the 3G services in various parts of the country. The Airtel 3G services offer mind blowing speed on web browsing and other features like video calling, social networking, high-speed downloading, Mobile TV etc.

The existing Airtel customers can avail all 3G features with the current SIM card. For the users who want more downloading speed and data usage, Airtel also introduced 3G dongles, which can be connected to your laptops or computers through USB ports.

"As the undisputed leader in the Indian telecom industry, we are truly driving the mobile data revolution in the country. Today, with just over a month since our rollout began, our 3G network covers around Half a Million customers, has 4500 sites and is available across 7 cities," said Atul Bindal, President-Mobile Services, Bharti airtel.

* Rs 750 - 2 GB - 30 Days
* Rs 675 - 1.25 GB - 30 Days
