Yet to decide on attending Games closing ceremony: Maken

New Delhi, Feb 25 (PTI) Apparently uneasy about sharing aplatform with sacked Commonwealth Games Organising CommitteeChairman Suresh Kalmadi, Sports Minister Ajay Maken today saidhe is yet to decide on whether to attend the closing ceremonyof the National Games in Ranchi on Sunday.

Asked if he is attending the ceremony of the NationalGames, Maken said, "There are more than 24 hours for theclosing ceremony."

On being persistently asked by reporters outside theParliament if he does not want to share a platform withKalmadi, Maken said, "There are 24 hours for me to decide onit."

Kalmadi has not just been sacked as the OC chief, he isalso facing allegations of massive corruption and is beinginvestigated by the CBI.
