Sarah Palin to make her first appearance in India
Palin, the former Alaska Governor was also a Republican Vice Presidential candidate in 2008. She will attend the conference and is supposed to discourse on his vision for America. Interestingly back in the US, she is often ridiculed for her lack of understanding on foreign policy matters.
A tweet by her advisor Rebecca Mansour revealed the programme and also gave a schedule of the conference. The visit is to attend the India Today conclave on March 19. She is also the chief guest of the gala dinner.
The trip assumes significance since she has expressed her desire to run for US Presidential elections in 2012 and also the fact that relationship with India is what leaders in the US are banking on for a better future and as a necessity for the new World order.
