Two killed, four injured in accident

Shimla, Feb 21 (PTI) Two persons were killed and fourothers injured when a truck, they were travelling in, fellinto a deep gorge near Baldwa village on Kamrou-Tilordharroad, about 75 kms from here this evening.

The mishap took place when the truck, transportinglimestone from mines in Kamrou area hit another vehicle comingfrom the opposite direction, Additional SHO Paonta Dharam Palsaid.

The deceased were identified as Sanjay Chauhan (22), aresident of village Badwas and Mohammad Mehboob (31), aresident of Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

The injured persons, identified as Virender, Ajay andBhim Dutt, all residents of Kamrou village and Mahinder Singhof village Kanti Mashwa of Shillai area were rushed to anearby hospital.

The driver of the truck is absconding and a manhunt hasbeen launched to nab him.
