Jammu, Feb 18 (PTI) An organisation working for therefugees from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) today demandedallotment of flats for such families in Jagti, failing whichthey would have no other option but to occupy houses forcibly.
"The government should concede the demand of PoKrefugees for allotment of flats at Jagti in Nagrota otherwisePoK refugees shall have no other option but to forcibly occupythese flats," Chairman of SOS International, Rajiv Chuni said.
He criticised the attitude of state as well as centralgovernment for applying two yard sticks for relief andrehabilitation of the Valley migrant vis-a-vis PoK refugees.
PoK refugees are languishing in 39 filthy camps underinhuman conditions for the last 63 years in Jammu province, heclaimed.
Chuni appealed to all political parties and socialgroups to come forward and support the demand of theserefugees.
