Coca-Cola is now planning a global roll out of the application in the bottler's network, which will help it map, manage and monitor supply chain strategy, thus having consistent definition and common data sources for metrics across the organization.
The implementation of the application is part of Coca Cola's post-merger integration, helping it empower its supply chain strategy and tactical decision making through fast and real-time access to critical information and metrics.
