Ghaziabad, Feb 16 (PTI) Krishna Dental College, whoseaffiliation was cancelled by Dental Council of India (DCI) fornot fulfilling the mandatory prerequisites, today opened forthe completion of current academic session, officials said.
Students had lodged their protest with DCI which laterallowed for the completion the current academic session, butit warned the college management that no new admission will beallowed in next session if the conditions are not fulfilled,they said.
The college was closed on January 27.
College administrator Manoj Goel said that studentsexamination will be conducted on time and all the 11conditions will be fulfilled by the institute.
Students of Krishna Dental College had protestedoutside the residence of chairman Atul Garg on Monday nightand charged the management of not abiding by the mandatoryconditions listed out by DCI, they said.
The students had called off the protest only after theintervention of SSP Raghubir Lal, who assured them of helpingin registering complaints against the concerned persons. PTICorr KAP
