"PDP''s description of the map of Jammu and Kashmir inyellow, green and red colour is highly objectionable....thiskind of pictorial adventurism has long-term diplomatic andpolitical implications....they are advised to withdraw thismap immediately," Tewari told reporters at the AICC meeting.

Pointing to the Parliament resolution of 1994, Tewarisaid the resolution passed unanimously clearly expressedsentiments of Indian Parliament and the people on Pak-OccupiedKashmir (PoK) and reiterated that the state was an inseparablepart of the country.

"Keeping in mind the sensitivity of the issue andwithout going into clarifications which will only further tiePDP into knots, it would be better if they withdraw the mapimmediately," Tewari said adding "perhaps PDP does notremember the resolution...".

On Mehbooba Mufti''s statements today, he said" thePresident of PDP is adventuring into areas which are none ofher concern. Relationship with other countries is an exclusivepreserve of the union of India." (more) PTI AMR SPG
