Parents named accused in Aarushi murder case
Aarushi's parents, Nupur and Rajesh Talwar are co-accused in the case. The court has declared that they would be pronounced guilty under IPC Section 302 and 201. The court claimed that the parents were the only people present in the house of the murder. They was termed guilty for the murder as well trying to cover up key evidence as well.
The CBI could not find an alibi for the murder and mentioned in the closure report that there was a hurry to clean up the crime scene by the unknown accused of the murder. The report also states that Aarushi's body was washed post-murder, leading to the loss of vital evidence. There was apparently two weapons that were used in the murder of both Arushi and Hemraj (househelp). Only one weapon was confiscated by investigative authorities. The weapon that was recovered was washed before handing over to the CBI. The case points fingers to the Talwars more and more. Yesterday, saw the special CBI court pronouncing its verdict on the CBI's closure report with the investigative agencies reiterating that that they haven't been able to point out one single accused and reiterated that there was no body else in the house beside the parents. The next date of of hearing will be Feb 28. The Talwars were not present in court during the verdict.
