A girl in Uttar Pradesh accused a BSP MLA, Jaiveer Singh of her father's murder. She stated that her father was an engineer in tube-well department.
She also claimed, "They (the accused BSP MLA and others) murdered my father for refusing to indulge in illegal activity."
Another two women complained that their husbands were abducted by Jaiveer Singh who looks into the Rural Engineering Services in the state.
All three women – Suman, Sunita and Chandrawati were arrested for breaking the chief minister"s security cordon when Mayawati was on a surprise visit to Aligarh.
Recently, Purshottam Naresh Dwiwedi, another BSP MLA has been charged with repeated rape on a minor girl in Banda. Dwiwedi has been arrested.
In an another case, BSP MLA Prasad Yadav has been accused of shielding a man after allegedly committing rape.

These are not the first time that such allegations like rape, murder, kidnap have been raised against BSP leaders in Uttar Pradesh. But the sad part is that all news faded away with pace of time and remained inconclusive.
However, in recent developments, 'disappointed' Mayawati ordered for a minute investigation based on the allegations of the three women.
