Pune, Feb 5 (PTI) Three second half goals, including abrace by Brazilian Edmar Figueira helped hosts Pune FC trounceDelhi-based Indian Arrows 3-0 in a 13th round I Leagueencounter at the Balewadi Sports Complex here this evening.
After a barren first half, Pune FC penetrated into theirrivals citadel thrice in 15 minutes as Indian Arrows, earlierknown as AIFF XI, lost the plot completely on the other sideof the break.
Pune FC''s Japanese talisman Arata Izumi broke thedeadlock in the 63rd minute after which Figueira scored twicein the 71st and 78th minute to help the hosts register theirthird win of this I-League season.
With this win Pune FC now have 14 points from 13matches, while the visitors have 13 points from as many games.
