Castorseeds futures moves up on renewed demand

Mumbai, Jan 31 (PTI) Prices of castorseeds futuresrecovered moderately in an otherwise steady oils and oilseedsmarket due to renewed demand from exporters.

Meanwhile, edible and non-edible oils held stable owingto lack of any worthwhile buying activity.

In the futures section, castorseeds for March deliveryresumed higher at Rs 4,385 later firmed up to close Rs 4,426from last Saturday''s closing level of Rs 4,375, showing amoderate rise of Rs 51 per tonne.

However, Groundnutoil, refined palmolein, castorseedbold, castoroil commercial and linseedoil all ended unalteredat Rs 760, Rs 585, Rs 5300, Rs 1090 and Rs 710 respectively.
