PACS Manager remanded to judicial custody

Araria (Bihar), Jan 27 (PTI) A local court todayremanded a Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS)manager to judicial custody for his alleged involvement inbungling of funds.

First class judicial magistrate D Kumar remanded RudraNand Jha to judicial custody for 14 days.

Jha was produced before the court following the order ofChief Judicial Magistrate Satyendra Rajak for recording hisstatement.

He was arrested from Vishunpur village in neighbouringSaharsa district on January 25.

Jha has been charged with being involved in bunglingaround Rs 26 crore at Dehti in Araria district.
