Bhopal, Jan 24 (PTI) Criticising the denial of entryto BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitly Anant Kumar inJammu, the Madhya Pradesh unit of the party today said it willstage sit-ins in all the 55 districts of the state.
State BJP President Prabhat Jha will sit on a dharnahere from 11 am tomorrow in protest against the denial ofentry in Jammu to the top BJP leaders.
The BJP leaders were going to Jammu to lead theparty''s youth wing programme of hoisting national flag at LalChowk in Srinagar on January 26.
"Is Jammu and Kashmir not a part of India or do weneed a permit to enter the integral part of the country?" Jhaasked at a hurriedly called press conference tonight.
"It appears that an emergency-like situation has beencreated in the state (J&K)."
The sit-ins will simultaneously take place in all the55 districts, Jha said.
Taking a dig at the Union Ministers from MadhyaPradesh for not taking up the issue of providing Central aidto the frost-hit farmers, Jha said he has written a letter toall of them reminding them of their duties towards the state.
He said BJP workers will tomorrow set afire to aneffigy of Union Minister for Urban Development Kamal Nath, whohails from MP, for neglecting the state�s farmers at the timeof their worst crisis.
